We’ve been participating in CSR Racing 2 some time now and have found a few people asking about beginner tips and in addition an advanced guide. While we’re not a top level participant, we would like to talk about our opinions and experience about this game. We wouldn’t really consider this a lead, it’s a few suggestions that should be useful if you’re just starting out or have performed this game for some time as advanced players. You can discover a general lead to CSR Racing 2 with an increase of tunning and other recommendations in this post.
RP(respect items) & Crews
As you do things in CSR2, you again RP. To progress in the game, you need to gain as much RP as possible. If you’re in a crew, you will reach milestones as a team and gain some rewards along the way. You can play the game as a person, but staying in a crew offers you a few more rewards. You will shortly find out staying in an excellent crew may require you to gain “X” amount of RP each time of year and starting out, that’s gonna be hard. The solution is rather simple; start your personal crew & invite various other beginners to join your crew. It’ll cost you some gold, but can pay off as time passes. When you’re ready, promote someone else to leader and stage from your beginners crew and join a high crew. What happen to be PP and EVO
They are the numbers beneath the name of the car. PP may be the BHP of the car in share or upgraded form & Evo may be the extra performance you obtain for applying fusion parts or tuning your car. For example, you’ve got 300 +100. In this, 300 may be the PP and +100 may be the EVO or EP as NM refers to it. Does this mean 400 total? NO! Many people think its more likely to be: 300 + (100/10) = 310 in total (this is just a guess only NM knows the true value of these 2 numbers combined).
For tier 1 through tier 3, in live races, it’s usually best to have a low PP and a high EVO (you’re aiming for an EVO of somewhere within 500-700+). After we have been participating in for a couple months, we stumbled upon a video that talked about how exactly to gain keys in live racing using a Golf GTi, therefore we improved the NOS, tires, and trans on a GTi (one we’d gotten from a crate) and left the rest share, added fusion parts to those upgrades, tuned it, and found it was a pretty great way to start out grinding for keys. The quantities for that build and tune were 231 +527 (we placed track of those quantities, because we were curious if it could work and wanted to remember them if it does.).
For tiers 4 & 5, possess a tune that may race near, or somewhat under, your dyno time and has an EVO of somewhere within 700-1000+; this is your goal. You’re looking for a 50% gain ratio. Winning a whole lot of races in a row & having a gain ratio over 50% feels great, but it will usually bump you right into a more quickly lobby (e.g. you will be forced to race more quickly & more quickly opponents). It’s also crucial to find the right lobby for any live racing you do. If you lose countless in a row (plus they are killing your run occasions), back again out and re-enter. There are a great number of complaints about match-making in the multi-player part of CSR2 and often we get frustrated aswell, but with time and effort, you can do it.
Cars with Celebrities
These give more RP than the non-starred version and also have more fusion slots, making them quicker in the end (when compared to non-starred version).
Don’t just use them on random vehicles in CSR Racing 2. It’s easier to use them on specific cars.
Ways to obtain fusion parts
First, win some bronze keys on live racing. Second, acquire the no cost bronze crate Donna offers you every four time. Next, get a part from winning a Daily Fight. Also, race every glass & trial competition you can to gain fusion parts &/or keys. Lastly, buy vehicles and strip them for fusion parts (for example, you can buy more t1 Fiesta STs to strip to obtain fusion parts for your t3 Mustangs or acquire more t2 m235i to strip for your t3 BMW M4s). You won’t obtain Mustang or M4 level 6 fusion parts this way, but rather common, uncommon, and epic parts which happen to be usable on any Ford or BMW vehicles in the overall game (Ford for Ford and BMW for BMW). To get level 6 parts for the Mustang or M4, you would need to strip Mustangs and M4s.
Keys found in CSR 2 Racing
It’s usually best to use silver and gold keys during 10x or 20x events. Soon after a new season starts, there will be a multiplier for the times of year Prestige car. With the Prestige car, you can do the Prestige Cup and potentially earn a whole lot of RP, on the other hand, just starting out this is often a little difficult to do, because upgrades can be cost prohibitive and you have to be in a crew. There’s no guarantee that you’ll obtain that car, however your chances of pulling what could be one of “your” solid early vehicles is a little better than just randomly wasting keys on non-multiplier crate openings.
What is a good use for Gold?
IMO, the best work with for gold found in CSR Racing 2 is to re-fill your gas tank. More petrol PiPs equals more RP. If you make usage of it to increase your upgrades, that’s not going to be efficent. Simply wait and do several of your upgrades at once when you’re from the game. One other possible use will be a one time gold pay for of your first good car which, we believe may be the Porsche 718 Boxster S. It’s a solid t2 car.
Cup & Trial races
A lot of the time, you’ll need a specific set-up to competition in a cup or trial event. Our 1st thought was “Dang, we now have to spend your time building that specific car.” This was incorrect; down-grade or adjust a car you possess to meet the requirements of the function.
IMO, it’s best to upgrade the NOS, accompanied by the tires, then your trans in order to tune the car ASAP. From there, it’s a matter of preference. We generally do intake, accompanied by turbo, in that case engine, and finish up upgrading body last. This, actually, is our own, personal methodology. A couple other activities to consider about upgrading vehicles: If your patient plenty of, wait on getting tier 3, 4 & 5 starred vehicles to upgrade. That’s hard to do because you need to progress through the overall game, but it could be more efficent. When you have to work with non-starred version, just do the minimal amount of upgrades you can to attain your objective. Finally, we wouldn’t work with any level 6 upgrades on non-starred cars.
Tuning a car in CSR Racing 2
(’s ) Upgrade NOS to at least stage 2 Upgrade Wheels to at least level 3 Upgrade Transmission to at least stage 4 You’ll need these upgrades at the very least to tune a car.
What car(s) do we use? Below are a few suggestions for vehicles to start out with. These vehicles can be purchased with in-game currency. Hopefully, you’ll get yourself a starred release of tiers 3, 4 & 5 but if not, it’s ok to acquire them because you can strip them in the future.
You’ll probably get yourself a starred release of the 650’s, 570’s, 700-4, &/or 488 early and think “They are nice..”. We were holding a few of our t5 early crate pulls. We think we get these relatively early to help us get through t5 ladder, crew battles and regulation races. Do not use a whole lot of fusion parts on them. Better cars will come and you’ll wish you hadn’t used so various fusion parts on them( you’ll in all probability draw a few t4 cars early aswell).
Why two Golfing Gti?
The first one is for general game use. Upgrade everything to level 5 and add fusion parts, as possible. The second one is usually for live racing. Upgrade the transmitting, NOS, and tires to level 5 and leave the rest share, adding fusion parts, as possible. Try to obtain the EVO as huge as conceivable when tuning it then study what rpm to start it, shift it, in that case start live racing it. Try to accomplish around a 50% gain ratio; that’s your goal. Remember, defeating the dyno again and again are certain to get you bumped into more quickly lobbies. One other thing/, if someone difficulties immediately after they lose, it COULD be a set-up to a large bet. They are most likely trying to sandbag you into a large fat loss.
Using Youtube for Tuning in CSR Racing 2
Below are a few videoes we think provide helpful information when starting out
(We don’t know any of these people personally, but we think this is helpful info.).
We suggest you start here: CSR2 Golfing GTi Tune SetUp Max Power v1.11 NO Superstar (it’s a no star build)
Next, we would look at this video: CSR 2 | Winning Tier Boss Cars Fairly simple – Best Cars for income and Times
Then proceed to: CSR Racing 2 Tune T3 Chevrolet Camaro SS 1/4 Mile!
This video is older, so please remember MN can tweak numbers whenever they want, but this is an example of a simple set-up & tune for a t3 car without level 6 or fusion parts that works extremely well for t3 regulation races. It shows you that you do not need level 6 upgrades and lots of fusion parts to enjoy through some game content.
(you’ll need two vehicles for each part of the challenge, 1 for time trials and someone to competition for the Boss car.)
Do a little Youtube or Reddit research for boss occasions. Be sure you have the most recent results for enough time to beat them. Natural Motion has tweaked the number before, therefore they could repeat. Don’t do that last competition until you’re 100% certain of the time it requires to win the car, you will not get a second likelihood.Winning the t3 race against Amelia is usually crucial. The LB M4 Coupe you gain is pretty fast, once it’s improved and tuned. Here are our suggestions for Tempest 1. Don’t use your more quickly cars for enough time trials conserve those for the Boss Races
Finally, Special presents
Once in a while, you’ll get yourself a pop-up for some special offer found in the game. Sometimes they may be really good, if you would like to spend a little income. IMO, the prime currency in CSR2 is usually silver & gold keys. In terms of bronze, however, not so much, but silver & gold keys usually are okay to purchase initially. It only makes sense for them to give you deals to attract you in and prevalent theory says you’ll get better cars early therefore you’ll keep playing.
